Villages 101

Villages serve as shared claims which prevent outsiders from using their property.

To build a Village Claim, you must have the skill Lawspeaking and you must have Discovered the following:
1. Stone, Block of Wood, Board and Bone Material (see New Character Checklist)
2. A Beautiful Dream! from a Dream Catcher
3. Deer Antlers from hunting Deer
4. Bear Tooth from hunting Bears

Villages need to maintain Authority by ensuring that its members gain Learning Points regularly. Failure to do so will render the village claim inactive, allowing outsiders to do as they please on village property.

While a village claim can provide a basic level of protection, remember that it cannot directly protect you or your property from criminal acts, such as Theft and Vandalism.
